This game has no accounts of its own, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no servers of its own. The developer does not collect, receive or sell your information.
Your menu choices stay on your iPhone only. Deleting the app deletes them.
Online matches use Apple's Game Center. When you play online, Apple's Game Center finds an opponent and passes the game's controller inputs between the two phones. The game shows your Game Center name to your opponent and theirs to you; these names come from Apple. The developer never receives or stores them, your Game Center friends list is only read on your phone to let you pick someone to challenge, and nothing is sent to any server run by the developer. Apple's handling of Game Center data is described in Apple's privacy policy.
Without online play the game makes no network requests and works fully offline.
The game does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. The only permission it can ask for is access to your Game Center friends list, used for the Challenge a Friend screen.
The app doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
